Abacus for Intermediate
Abacus for Intermediate offers advanced and high techniques of addition and subtraction, basic division and multiplication and helping students to enhance accuracy and speed in solving mathematical problems. The basic of intermediate abacus is the foundation skills which are learned by the students at the first or the beginning levels. It brings the students to develop more advanced arithmetic techniques to solve the problems while using various logical techniques of calculation. It serves as a connection bridge between the simple or we can say basic arithmetic rules and more problematic or complex mathematical concept which helps in developing more advance abacus techniques in the students. It also focuses on the skills of the students as well as the learners to exercise their mental visualisation skills increasing their speed and accuracy in solving the addition and subtraction while learning the multiplication and division techniques and methods using the tool of abacus. Regular practice of abacus tool in day to day life increases the confidence, mental power, memorising ability as well as speed of solving the mathematical problems related to addition, subtraction, multiplication and division in the learners.

The Intermediate abacus is a bridge between basic and advance levels. In this module students starts learning visualisation of addition and subtraction more advance operations and mental calculation techniques. Through continues use of logical techniques learners gain speed number recognition the place value of the digits in appropriate manner. Students refine their speed and accuracy in addition and subtraction. While solving the timed mathematical problems and competitive challenges students masters the complex operation of arithmetic and mental math problem solving skills.

Clever Brains abacus Intermediate course covers level 3, 4 and 5 in which students will learn the basic multiplication and division of 2 digit numbers .
Level -3

In level – 3 students will learn 2 digit and 3 digit number addition and subtraction and multiplication of 1 digit with 1 digit number and 2 digit with 1 digit number with the help of dictation, flash cards and speed writing. When multiplication is done in the form of abacus visualization it becomes very easy and fun loving.
Level - 4
12 weeks
In level – 4 students will learn 3 digit and 4 digit number addition and subtraction and division of 2 digit with 1 digit number and 3 digit with 2 digit number with the help of dictation, flash cards and speed writing. When division is done in the form of abacus visualization it becomes very easy and students love it .
Level - 5
12 weeks
In level – 5 students will learn 4 digit and 5 digit number addition and subtraction . From level – 5 multiplication and division both are used together and solve equations of 4 digit with 3 digit number and 5 digit with 4 digit number with the help of dictation, flash cards and speed writing. When multiplication is done in the form of abacus visualization it becomes very easy and fun loving.
